Is it just us, or does it seem like there are loads of driving games pulling up to Xbox 360's kerb? Not that we're complaining, especially if they all look as amazingly gorgeous as Atari's Test Drive Unlimited.
Check out the screens and movie - some of the world's hottest cars rendered to such fine detail that our eyeballs got whiplash just from looking at them. Test Drive Unlimited promises over 125 of these top-of-the-range cars and motorbikes (including models from Lamborghini, Ducati, Aston Martin, Mercedes, Saleen, Shelby and Jaguar) for your automotive amusement.
Each car will be rendered down to every last wheelnut and even the interiors will come complete with radios, electric windows, horns, windscreen wipers, and those little cup holders.
Not only will you be able to thrash them royally around 1000 miles of real Hawaiian roads, you'll also win money to purchase more motors, performance upgrades, clothes, garages and even massive mansions.
Atari reckon Unlimited will also pioneer a new 'seamless' transition from offline to online gaming, letting you race other players, rank yourself in tables, and join communities. In addition, new upgrades and collectible objects will be made from month to month.
Atari is yet to announce a release date for the game, but we'll make sure we get behind the wheel with Test Drive Unlimited at next week's E3 to bring you all the details.
