Considering how great Advance Wars has been on the GBA, it's no surprise that DS's Advance Wars: Dual Strike has been rising temperatures in its run-up to release day (which we're still not sure of, to be honest).
Utilising the console's dual screen to full effect (the top screen can be used for quick-reference battle intel, or can be used to simply expand the warfare across both screens), the game has all the makings of a RTS monster.
Anticipated features include nine new characters, new Tag Team battles, old and new maps for the Vs. Mode, real-time combat in Combat Mode, a map editor and wireless fighting for up to eight players.
Sounds brilliant to us. Hopefully, we'll have some semblance of a release date for you soon.
