More Zelda DS screenshot goodness

Nintendo shows off its Phantom Hourglass in new Leipzig screenshots

Working our way through our massive pile of graphic-clogged Leipzig press discs, we've uncovered further screenshots of Nintendo's upcoming handheld Zelda, Phantom Hourglass which should please fans of Link's last cel-shaded outing with their colourful locales and big-headed characters.

Following on from the events of Wind Waker, the DS Zelda is controlled almost exclusively with the stylus. Tapping the play area makes Link move, sweeping motions swing his sword, and drawing a path for his boomerang sends it flying wherever you wish. Whether or not this will enduce an outbreak of dead-arms in the CVG office remains to be seen.

Phantom Hourglass is expected for release in Q4 of this year.
