Extraction Point, the expansion pack for Monolith's splendid F.E.A.R. is drawing ever closer and it's actually even closer than you think, with the launch of a brand new demo launching today which will enable you to sample some of the horror-shocker shooty carnage for yourself.
Released at the US Pacific Time of 10am (which is roughly eight hours behind us over here in the UK), there's not too many details on the demo, although we imagine, like the expansion, it'll kick off where the original game ended, with you battling Alma and her unholy minions across an apocalyptic city, although you'll now be armed with an all-new lethal payload of weaponry to aid your cause.
Keep em peeled on What Is Fear.com, at the appropriate time for further details although at present the site's down - it's probably a touch frightened of the demo debut to come. The full expansion takes a bow on October 24 and it's of course being dev'd by Timegate Studios.
