In addition to our earlier Xbox 360 Medal of Honor: Airborne screenshots splurge, we now have seven images from the PC version of the World War II FPS.
EA's sequel finds you strapping on combat boots as Boyd Travers, a US paratrooper fighting through Europe as member of the 82nd Airborne Division. A key feature of MoH: Airborne is the interactive airdrop, which allows players to determine their own landing spot when parachuting down into war zones. You can see this in operation in a couple of the new screenshots.
Once the golden boy of the WWII FPS scene, the Medal of Honor series has found itself bettered by Activision's Call of Duty franchise - it'll be interesting to see whether EA can work magic with Airborne and issue a serious challenge to the current king. We have to say the new screenshots haven't exactly dropped our jaws, but of course the proof of the pudding is always in the eating - or playing in this case.
