According to UK trade publication MCV, Sony Europe has a number of surprise announcements up its sleeve for the Leipzig Games Convention, or the European E3 as some like to call it.
If the rumours are true we could be seeing video-on-demand, Freeview TV and a price cut (expected in UK pre-Christmas) all announced at the event next month.
Sony has yet to confirm its battle plans for the Leipzig event. But we'll be there ready to report any goings on direct from the show floor.
