Hardcore importer types may have already heard of Professor Layton and the Curios Village on DS - it's been out in Japan since February last year, and it's supposedly pretty damn good.
None of us can vouch for that though - even after £500-worth of Japanese classes - because the puzzle-focused quest is full of crazy symbols. Now, finally, we have here the first screens of the game with earth-speak in them, which is always handy.
As you can see, the game is made up of a series of touch-screen puzzles, moulded together in an adventure, starring the professor of the game title. Puzzles are varied and challenging, and once you get through them you can download more from the internet. Sweet.
It'll finally get a western release on February 18, when it hits US stores, making it a prime import for us UK gamers, where the game is yet to receive any release date at all.
For now, check out the three screens.
