New Lich King video shows Grizzly Hills zone

It's actually not all that grizzly - but it does have a colossal prehistoric bear in it

Despite being named Grizzly Hills, this new zone appearing in World of Warcraft expansion Wrath of the Lich King is actually a pretty place of green rolling hills, mountains and forests. We'd even consider holidaying there, if it were real.

Don't believe us? Then take a look at this video fly-through of the zone which has hit the official WoW website. As is usual with Blizzard, the video's accompanied by background on the zone, telling us - among other things - that it contains the ancestral home of the furbolgs who worship a colossal prehistoric bear that roams the surrounding wilderness.

Ah, Grizzly Hills. Now it makes sense...

Anyone want to bet there'll be a quest to take on the colossal prehistoric bear with fireballs and steel?

Blizzard's still not giving any clues as to a release date for Wrath of the Lich King, but we reckon it's aiming for this autumn.
