Demo will be based on the final version of the shooter - phew, that's handy

Got your red crayon and diary to hand? There's a date to mark down if you're eyeing Kaos Studios' FPS Frontlines: Fuel of War with unashamed loved.

On March 11, a multiplayer demo will be released for PC. According to the game's publisher THQ, the demo is based on the final version of the game and features two maps, Invasion and Oilfield.

Frontlines is a futuristic FPS crafted by former members of the team behind Battlefield 1942 mod Desert Combat. Powered by Unreal Engine 3, Frontlines is set in a near-future where the battle for ever dwindling energy resources has seen the world erupt into a second dark age of conflict.
