Niché distributor Atlus US has revealed plans to bring turn-based strategic warfare RPG, Drone Tactics, to American shores this April.
From the information we've been given, it appears that players take control of an army of mechanised insects known as Drones, who threaten to obliterate the land of Cimexus, and must lead the Drones against the forces of the Black Swarm, whoever they are.
Moving away from the 'story', the game sounds like a traditional strategy game. Players build and command a Drone army by choosing from over a hundred weapons, upgrades and power-ups to optimise their forces, and lead them into battle against an adversaries forces.
In addition to the single-player campaign, there's also a multi-player head-to-head mode limited to local play.
No word on a European release so far.
