Rare has dismissed claims that there's an issue for a Microsoft owned company developing titles for a Nintendo console system.
"There is no real conflict here," said producer Paul Machacek in an interview with IGN. "Due to the game's broad appeal, it makes sense for this game to be on the Nintendo DS.
"After all, Microsoft is not only focused on selling platforms but also building great IP," Machacek stated. He then added: "We have no conflict in the handheld market and have been quite happy to continue producing games for it."
Does that mean we can expect to see Fable: The Portable Chapters and Halo DS on the way to Nintendo's handheld console soon? Maybe we're just born sceptics, but we doubt it.
