We've just received some new shots of Replay Studio's Velvet Assassins, featuring some WWII ninjas sneaking through what almost looks like the eerie town of the Los Ganados in Resi 4.
Having been floating around since 2005, the title was originally a PC exclusive called Sabotage, but got a name change in February and was announced for 360 last month.
"Inspired by the fascinating story and unbreakable spirit of British secret agent Violette Szabo, players take control of Violette Summer, a beautiful spy deep behind enemy lines with no support or official backing from the British Government," explains developer Replay Studios.
"Intense stealth-action gameplay with a startling real-time lighting system and surreal visuals combine to produce an incredible gaming experience."
Today, the release of the mighty Metal Gear Solid 4, of all days, is probably not the best time to try and get people to pay attention to a new stealth action IP, but Replay Studios promises it'll "deliver a breath of fresh air into the genre and up the stakes for World War II games".
It's due out in the autumn.
