Ubisoft won't be releasing the console-bound Prince of Persia downloadable content for PC.
The publisher cited business reasons for the DLC's PC no-show, which is sure to disappoint a number of series followers.
"Unfortunately for business reasons we won't be seeing any PoP DLC appear [on PC]. Sorry guys!" said a community developer by the name of UbiRazz on the game's forums.
While Andy reckoned the new Prince of Persia was a little shallow and unchallenging, it seems that's exactly what the developer is setting out to address with the upcoming PS3 and 360 DLC.
Scheduled for release on February 26. the 'Epilogue' DLC will continue the story of the Prince and Elika with a brand new region, The Underground Palace, and ramp up the difficulty level with "more cunning foes, cleverer traps and level design", adding "over three hours of gameplay".
It'll also feature a new Energize power that lets you reconstruct destroyed areas of the environment to create new paths, a Sprinting Clash attack that both you and enemies can perform, plus fresh unlockable skins.
