GTA IV: The Lost and Damned's expanded soundtrack has finally been detailed, with hip-hop and (expectedly) death metal set to see a boost.
Four of GTA IV's radio stations will receive new tunes including The Beat 102.7, Liberty City Hardcore, Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 and indie-rock station Radio Broker.
Hip-hop station the Beat sees a new show featuring popular hip-hop DJed by Funkmaster Flex and headlined by two new Busta Rhymes tracks, including "The Conglomerate," which features Young Jeezy and Jadakiss. Mike probably knows who they are.
The Beat is also getting a new show DJed by producer Statik Selektah, featuring all new hip-hop recorded and mixed specifically for GTA. One of the headliners, Freeway, has cooked up a track aptly called "Car Jack".
On the rock front Liberty City Hardcore is gaining a new death-metal show DJed by Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly fame, with an artist list featuring Bathory.
Iggy Pop returns as the DJ for Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 with new tracks, while Radio Broker, DJed by Juliette Lewis, is also getting new music.
Apparently the hip-hop focus is due to The Beat having proved to be the most popular radio station in the original game, Rockstar told MTV. "This really focuses on biker songs and a little more aggressive songs," it said.
Lost and Damned is out on Xbox Live next week, on Tuesday Feb 17.
