Eidos has revealed that the first batch of 360-exclusive Tomb Raider: Underworld DLC will release next week.
Originally expected to launch on February 10, the Beneath the Ashes DLC was delayed due to "an unexpected technical issue".
However, that all seems to have been resolved, with Eidos' Jay Walker saying on the game's forums: "Got fantastic news. Beneath the Ashes has passed all testing at Microsoft and has been given a confirmed release date of the 24th February 2009."
Offering up an additional 125 achievement points, the DLC "sends Lara back to the remains of Croft Manor where she uncovers a massive series of never-before-seen caverns and age old crypts used to protect and hide a deadly source of power".
Later in the thread Eidos community manager Keir Edmonds also confirms that the second batch of announced DLC, Lara's Shadow, is still due to launch on March 10 as originally planned.
Beneath the Ashes will be a 948MB download and Lara's Shadow a 1.07GB one.
Additionally, a title update fixing a number of bugs was confirmed.
