Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata's only just kicked off his keynote at GDC, but already new functionality has been released for Wii and DSi.
Firmware updates for both consoles have started streaming across the internet just now, with the Wii software adding the functionality to run Virtual Console games straight from an SD card. That's your hard drive answer then.
We've downloaded the update, which places an SD icon on your Wii dash. This should please those who've already filled there Wii Channel menu with golden oldies.
Apparently the new 4.0 firmware supports cards upto 32GB and can hold a maximum of 240 WiiWare or VC games.
