360 gets Infernal: Hells Vengeance

2007 PC FPS makes the leap to Microsoft's console

Hardcore PC gamers may remember Infernal - the not-bad-but-not-great FPS released on PC in 2007. Now it's on its way to 360 this Spring with a new title, Infernal: Hells Vengeance.

Developer Metropolis makes no mention of any changes or updates being made to the game, so it sounds like a direct port is on the cards.

The game stars former Etherlite Secret Agent Ryan Lennox, who goes on a mission to uncover the secret agenda of his shady former employees.

"Embarking on an action-packed voyage into a world of deception and betrayal, armed with special abilities and military grade weaponry, Ryan Lennox is a man who must succeed," says Metropolis.

Our boys on PC Zone said in their review of the PC game: "No part can be called exceptional, the whole experience does keep you fairly entertained, albeit in a mindless sort of way."

Wonder how it'll stand up two years later. First 360 shots are below.
