Nintendo has been awarded $520,000 in damages in another DS piracy lawsuit.
The Australian Federal Court ruled that local distributor RSJ IT Solutions had been illegally selling the R4 mod chip, which allows users to play pirated DS games.
Two individuals associated with the company were also ordered to pay Nintendo an additional $100,000 in penalties, according IT News.
It is the second piracy case Nintendo has won this month. Earlier in February an Australian citizen was told he must pay the platform holder $1.5 million in damages after copying and uploading New Super Mario Bros. Wii to the internet.
