Half-Life 2 actor dies

Robert Culp - aka Wallace Breen - passes away, aged 79

Robert Culp, the voice of Dr. Wallace Breen in Half-Life 2, has died in Los Angeles. He was 79.

Despite millions of gamers witnessing Culp's role as the boss of the doomed Black Mesa Research Facility, he was better known for his TV work, which included starring alongside Bill Cosby in the barrier-breaking I Spy.

In Half Life 2, his monologues were broadcast to City 17 throughout the game.

Culp died after falling on a pavement in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, five children and five grandchildren.
