Joy Ride has been wiped from Xbox.com, leaving the Xbox Live game's status uncertain.
Microsoft bought developer BigPark especially to work on Joy Ride, an avatar-supporter racer for Xbox Live Arcade that was announced at last year's E3.
However, it's all gone quiet since then and now Joy Ride has disppeared from Xbox.com and from Microsoft's E3 links to its various games.
When asked for clarification, Microsoft said "We're excited to bring BigPark's vision to life in 2010. However, we have nothing further to announce at this time."
So really, the question now is whether Joy Ride is BigPark's vision or whether it has become something else altogether. Like a violent FPS.
We'll find out the answer at E3.
