You want some numbers? We've got numbers. Lots of them. Below is the full official tech specs for the iPhone 4.

We note that gaming should be vastly improved on the device. As well as the zippy 1GHz Apple A4 CPU (also found in the iPad) it's got a massively improved and astonishingly high fidelity screen - 960x640 pixel resolution squeezed into a 3.5 inch display. That's 326 dpi (dots per inch).

It's also got a three-axis gyroscope - which should provide better motion sense for gaming. Then there's the front and rear-facing cameras (5 mega-pixels on the rear, and now with a flash!), and video recording at 720p.
