Red Dead Redemption slapped every other game released in May all over the shop. That's pretty much a fact as new NPD figures show that high-profile release Alan Wake only managed to scrape together 145k sales in its opening month.
Split/Second, the brilliant racer from Black Rock Studios, came off even worse from Red Dead's storm, only managing 86k in its launch month of May.
