THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY
The similarities between Red Dead Redemption and classic Spaghetti-Westerns such as A Fistful of Dollars, A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly are clear.
Clint Eastwood may be the iconic protagonist associated with the Spaghetti-Western genre; but Lee Van Cleef, as the incomparable Angel Eyes, is its best bad-guy.
Red Dead Redemption 2 would certainly benefit from someone who takes his cue from Van Cleef's performance. Let's face it, for all the bluster, the oft-mentioned Bill Williamson was a bit of a damp squib.
Red Dead Redemption - and, indeed, Marston's successor - deserves an altogether more chilling foe.
