EA ups stake in Star Wars: Old Republic

Publisher adopts publishing duties from LucasArts

EA and LucasArts have entered into a new global publishing agreement for Star Wars: The Old Republic, which sees the former take on a larger role.

The updated agreement will see EA take control of 'certain publishing, marketing and distribution responsibilities' that were previously going to be handled by LucasArts.
