Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood review average beats Black Ops on Metacritic

Ubisoft's stab-'em-up grabs 91 percent score

The excellent Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood review scores have gifted the Ubisoft title a higher Metacritic average than Call Of Duty: Black Ops, FIFA 11 and Fable - making it a true contender for Game Of The Year.

Adding their weight to CVG's 9.2 Brotherhood review score are a host of full marks from other critics.


The Escapist, GameSpy, Game Revolution, GameShark and Eurogamer all offer 100 percent or 10/10 mark, whilst Destructoid and Planet Xbox 360 go for 95.

Other stunning review scores include 9.25 from Game Informer, 91 from 1Up and 9/10 from GamesRadar.

Brotherhood is currently boasting a 91 percent average score on both 360 and PS3, with a PC version to be released next year.

CVG said that the title was "an awesome package with enough new content to kill the competition this Christmas".
