These Kinect hacks keep coming thick and fast but there's a reason we haven't gotten bored of them.
This one is by far the coolest and scariest we've seen so far. Basically, it's a Kinect controlled robot that's not unlike a Gundam Mech. It's pretty incredible.
See for yourself:
Now, if someone would kindly upscale that little robot to the size of a small tower block and fit it with an array of weapons, we've got a whole new kind of Robot Wars on our hands.
People have done all sorts of crazy things with Kinect to date by having a fiddle around on their PCs. None have been quite such a threat to world peace yet though. Lock your doors.

Wow. Not sure what's cooler, the tech integration or the robot. Probably the tech use, but still... I want a robot!

I call dibs on piloting Wing Gundam Zero (the original version, not the crappy Custom).

If anyone needed proof this is more than an eye toy clone, I think all these hacks just about prove it.
The future does look bright. No reason why (minus the robot) this couldn't work within a game, A slight jolt of your arm to trigger a shot, would be a brilliant.
