More vehicles, weapons etc.. Personally i think they should take what R* did with SA and make it their own, but expand it

* better atmosphere when free roaming e.g don't make most of the peds look the same maybe scatter a few side missions about like gta . with better radio stations more like gta vice city . more weather effects such as snow storms heavy rain and over cast

* more stuff to do after the story has finished e.g more mini games and places to go

* better online maybe with a free Rome mode like gta but with more players maybe 30 to 40
* team death match like cod small 12 players six a side or large 40 players 20 a side
* keep online co op the same as Sr2 but maybe with an extra story mode meant for two players
