Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS out June

Nintendo finally confirms date

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will be released in North America this June, Nintendo's confirmed.

The news comes via Nintendo president Satoru Iwata's on-going GDC keynote, which you can read live updates from here.

The game, which is set for release later this year, arrives in time for Zelda's 25th anniversary.

"Mr Miyamoto is working on a plan that will allow all Zelda lovers to celebrate togather," Iwata said.

Ocarina Of Time 3D didn't make the 3DS launch line-up, and Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime said last month that the Zelda remake wouldn't be released before E3.
