Nintendo has confirmed that Netflix will be available via 3DS 'this summer'.
Netflix is a US-only video streaming service with thousands of movies and recent TV shows - many newer ones in HD - that can be watched instantly via some pretty nifty streaming.

Netflix broadcasts are in 2D, so it's safe to assume they will only be playable in 2D on the 3DS.
Nintendo today also revealed the new 3D Super Mario game headed to 3DS with four awesome-looking screenshots.

This sounded so sweeet up until the point where theres a monthly subscription and 2D movies. I may as well just download a movie on my Iphone. When they make 3D movies for the 3DS that you can actually store on the SD card then I'll be interested. Until then I guess I'll just stick to playing games on it.
