Bobby Kotick up for re-election at Activision

Would YOU vote for him?

Bobby Kotick's position as CEO and president of Activision Blizzard is up for re-election on June 2.

The Activision Blizzard board will have to be backed by votes from stockholders if they're going to keep their jobs.

Is there any danger of Kotick going? Of course not. For FY 2010, which ended on December 31, Activision Blizzard's GAAP earnings per diluted share increased to $0.33, compared with $0.09 per diluted share for 2009. In other words, they're rolling in it.

It helps that he's always rabidly looking for new revenue streams, of course. Check out our list of Kotick's Greediest/Cleverest schemes for more on that.
