Konami has put out this new trailer for the PS3-bound No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise.

No More Heroes follows Travis as he attempts to become the number one ranked assassin in the world by taking out ten master assassins standing in his way.
The PS3 version of Heroes' Paradise will support Sony's Move controller, allowing players to chop up goons and dangerous killer assassins alike with increased accuracy.

Has his voiced changed since the Wii version? Somehow seems more... annoying. Still, I'll rent this at least. For some unknown reason, I never got round to finishing this.

I could never get into No More Heroes... Shame, it seemed decent enough. Just one of those games I disliked for no reason at all.

It's the same VA (he does sound like Quinton Flynn aka MGS 2/4/Rising's Raiden and Reno from FFVII: Crisis Core/Advent Children, though it isn't).
I'm definitely getting this version as the WII version was censored.

Oh not that one again....................the blood was added to the US version Europe got it as the dev intended it to be.
Anyhoo, the sequel Desperate Struggle on wii has fixed that plus you get to duel wield beam katana's I really need to finish that game off.

I already knew the US got the bloody version as it was either published or made by a different company.
I'm a big NMH fan and have both games on the Wii, it's just weird going from no blood in MNH 1 to blood in NMH 2, plus the scenes with blood look better than the one's without, I've seen the comparison video on youtube.
I also want the PS3 version as it looks better (HD, better graphics) and possibly has a higher framerate than the Wii version, plus it may lead to a PS3 port of Desperate Struggle and a third NMH.

I hope you have the option for the Japanese VA. Those in the trailer are just annoying. If its not in the game, at least let it be an option available to download.

I don't consider playstation move compatibility to be an enhancement and it won't have the cool cell phone thingy they did with the wii speaker it was a nice touch.

Fair doo's, I think the graphics are great on wii & I actually prefer when the enemies explode into coins/black dust IMO it suits the game better & the blood can cause a lot of slow down ruining the enjoyment of the game.

I wonder if the producer of the movie version of Scott Pilgrim VS the World got his inspiration from NMH for the final ex battle, that scene had NMH written all over it (Beam Katana type weapon, people exploding into dust and coins).
The wii version with blood had more slowdown than the one without, I believe they would've fixed that in the PS3 version.

Yeah the writer & director of that film, Edgar Wright is a big fan of games. it showed with this scene from spaced

No wonder the movie version of Scott Pilgrim VS the World had all those videogame references if Edgar Wright produced it, so did Spaced and sort of Shaun of the Dead (though it only had Timesplitters 2).
He should make a No More Heroes movies.
Also I wonder if Suda 51 is a fan of the SPVTW graphic novels, especially seeing as Scott Pilgrim VS the World is about a girl and her 7 deadly exes, whilst No More Heroes is about a woman and the 10 ranking assassins.
