Amazon has begun taking pre-orders for Modern Warfare 3, adding weight to rumours of a November 8 release date in the process.
The online retailer is in agreement with a leaked retail poster that previously suggested the game will launch on that date.
Amazon isn't carrying any juicy details on the game, but we got plenty of those from a massive MW3 leak last week, although developer Infinity Ward says the gossip is only partly accurate.
Over the weekend, Activision fired out the first teaser trailers for Modern Warfare 3, confirming New York, London, Berlin and Paris locations for the mega-shooter.
According to reports, competitive multiplayer will feature 20 maps - although they may not all be available at launch - while there will be two types of Spec Ops game modes: Survival and Mission.
