A patent filed by Sony in November 2009 suggests the company has thought long and hard about integrating PSP and PlayStation Move functionality.
Recently published by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (and spotted by Joystiq), the patent carries an image of a dock that houses a closed PSPgo. It features an in-built camera which works like a PlayStation Eye to detect motion controllers.
Whether the concept's dead and buried or something Sony plans to revive with the NGP is anyone's guess. Our first thought is that wand-waving suits big TV screens a lot better.
Sony said today that a new PSP system software update allowing users to change their PlayStation Network passwords is on the way soon.
