Oh dear. Microsoft has accidentally listed details of its biggest E3 announcements, including Halo: Anniversary Edition and Halo 4.
As you can see from the image on this page, Xbox.com briefly listed the pair of new Halo titles, Dance Central 2, Kinect Sports Season 2, Kinect Fun Labs and a Kinect title called 'Ryse'.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition - which has been rumoured for months - is described as "the epic game that launched a universe, remastered for a new generation".
Kinect Sports Season 2 looks set to feature baseball, golf, skiing and tennis. The page also confirms new features for Xbox Live, including voice search.
Somebody's going to get shouted at. Check back from 5pm BST to see this stuff officially confirmed.

Microsoft, the word your looking for to describe this leak is "b*****ks!".
Tho saying that, Halo 4, how verrrrrry interesting.

Well if they listed all of them, why dont you spill the beans?
Actually on second thoughts, im going to go ghost here and avoid all Gaming sites until I get in the house after work.
My interest has certainly increased though.
Halo 4? Hell yeah
!

Two things peaked me right there, remastered Halo: CE and another summer of arcade.

There are so many mess ups during E3 week, would have thought they be more carefull. I bet half these ''leaks'' are puropsefull.

"oops" yeah right
.
The cynic in me says this was "leaked" because some people have been getting angry at the speculation that MS's E3 conference was going to focus on the "entertainment" side of the 360.
Halo 4 was obviously going to be announced sometime anyway, I doubt anyones shocked that MS want to carry on with the Halo series.

Aarrgghh! Theres a bit that mentions Summer of Arcade but no titles... Please be Fez and Streetfighter 3: 3S!

Great to see that they are standing by their statement to start "“a real new push into PC gaming" next year... You'd think if they were actually going to start this push then they would have something prepared for this year's E3.

Anyone surprised by a Halo related announcement at E3 deserves a crane kick to the nads.
Anyone surprised by casual Kinect fare deserves an empi strike to the solar plexus.
Anyone surprised by E3 related leaks deserves a - you get the picture....
HAAAAAAAAYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

No mention of any PC games AGAIN? Microsoft you are a bag of dicks.

Ouch, someone might get the sack.
In other news i now have to decide if i'll bother watching the conference or not. Especially seeing as i dont own an Xbox 360 the whole point of me watching was to see if they'ed announce anything which would sway me into buying one in near future. Now the surprise is gone and im left with a dry, trailer free reveal i aint that hyped anymore...

Mass Effect 3 also not mentioned on here but its being announced at the MS gig. I can only assume the stuff listed is only MS exclusive stuff.
A GTA V multi plat reveal along with an Agent teaser at Sony's conference would be very very welcome.

I'm only surprised because Halo 4 will surely be a 360 game now. Can't wait to see where MC is heading.

The way people are going on, you'd think they'd leaked the whole schedule and that it's also taken place.
Got 45 mins to go before finding out what else there is going to be.

Too right they do! I'm a big fan of Halo but i'm majorly underwhelmed by this leak. Can't microsoft give the xbox something a bit different? It seems every year there's just a sequel to a successful game franchise: Halo-Forza-Fable-Gears of War. Come on microsoft give us a killer new IP....that doesn't involve a first person perspective....with a gun

I shall be blunt. Come on...... f**k Halo. I mean seriously. Halo 4 and a Halo remaster is nice news - especially for Halo enthusiasts, but this isn't the BIG news Microsoft benders wanted this E3. Sure, Halo 4, Halo remastered is nice... Forza 4 could also be nice (lets have a look at you first). Kinect casual titles are something many people won't care about and more TV / social crap through the XBox is okay - so bring it, but WHAT NO MEGATON???
Nintendo's mighty finger is pointing away to the moon this E3.
XBox 3 or no cigar.
armbar on 6 Jun '11 said:
Unfortunately, m'lord, it appears there will be no cigar...
...and it's not even a "close, but no cigar".
As I said in the other E3 thread I'll admit that I'm more than a little underwhelmed - and I'm honestly not just saying that due to my PS3 preference.
Gears will be good. But we knew that anyway.
Halo 4 is a reasonably exciting but inevitable announcement which could go either way without Bungie on board.
And then all this Kinect nonsense! Nowt there of interest for me!
Which leaves just multiplatform releases.
TBH, I really hope Microsoft step it up a little because as others have pointed out it's important that there is some competition present in the market to encourage Sony to keep pumping out classics such as LBP, Killzone, MAG, Heavy Rain, Infamous 1+2, Warhawk (and soon Starhawk!), MGS, Tekken, God of War series, GT series, Ratchet & Clank, Flower, etc, etc...
Halo 4 is a big announcement for Halo fans (of which there are many) but I can't help but feel as if Halo is just the inevitable fallback option for MS. That said, I shall probably end up "jumping in" again just to be able to play the glorious Crysis 2 and to ensure I'm able to play the best versions of Skyrim and Ghost Recon, whichever console that might be on...
