The ICO & Shadow of the Colossus Classics HD collection will launch across PAL territories on September 28, Sony's announced.

Sony's also placing the original PS2 artwork from both titles on the reverse of the paper inlay, enabling you to swap them round and get the classic look for your collection.
Sony confirmed a September launch window - in the US at least - for the collection at its E3 press conference last night. It said today the pack will launch in the States on September 27 for $39.99 (MSRP).

If you haven't played these games then please buy this. They are superb games and are real experiences. Sit on your own and enjoy them in solitude to get the most out of them.

what with this and the konami HD collections,i am wondering if it is worth them bringing out any new games,as i am more excited about these than anything announced yet

Got both in limited edition form, but never completed either of them as I gave the PS2 to the ex as a peace offering. Was planning on buying another one just to play these two games, until they announced this
And I'll be getting the MGS collection, as I always wanted MGS 3 Subsistence but could never justify the price tag.
I seem to be picking up all the old classics I've missed over the years at the moment, rather than being sucked into stale new franchises...

I'm with you metallicorphan! I plan to get them again and platinum both games. I've been desperate to play them recently but have been holding back so that I can play these HD versions. If the release had been put back to next year then I would have just played them. I've got a BC PS3 and they upscale quite nicely.
