We've just got back from the show floor at E3 2011 in Los Angeles, with this special video of the Nintendo Wii U controller.

Nintendo announced the Wii U this morning. An HD-capable console, its controller is a touch-screen tablet that also includes dual thumbsticks, shoulder buttons and a motion control element.

As revealed by CVG before Nintendo's conference, the Wii U offers multiplayer games in which the new controller and traditional Wiimotes can both be used.

Concentrate on the controller, cameraman, not the boobs!

HDMI out from the controller? Interesting. Recharge points for a docking station? Nice!

Slightly disappointed by the E3 presentation, but now all the tech info and hands on opinions are out I'm enormously, enormously excited about this.
