E3 2011: Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online - First trailer, screens hit

Capcom has released the first trailer and screens for Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online since it was officially announced at the San Diego Comic Con in June.

During an 'Ask Capcom' session with fans on uStream, Capcom USA VP Christian Svensson said the remake of the highly-praised fighting game has been the biggest-budget download game from the publisher.

The trailer shows off the new cleaned up character sprites and artwork and does it to the sounds of an odd but catchy hip-hop soundtrack. Check it out.

    For a 15 year old game, it still looks good, most likely because of the art direction and 2d graphics, I won't be buying it though, never was into 3rd strike, and the people that are into it would most likely obliterate me. MK9 and ssf4ae for me.

    What are you on about mate? The dreamcast version was pretty much arcade perfect, run your dreamcase via vga into and hdtv and provided you have a decent tv, it still looks awesome, much the same as this version, the xbox version though for some reason, looks extremely pixellated on my hdtv for some reason.

    Granted bud but run the game next to super streetfighter hd and it looks poo.
