E3 2011: Far Cry 3: Watch the full E3 gameplay demo

Ubisoft Montreal producer Dan Hay has described Far Cry 3 as 'like a guy coming through the window at 3AM with a knife'. We're going to be less fruity with our description and just say: this Far Cry 3 demo looks well good.

Earlier this E3 week our guys in LA were fortunate enough to film a video interview with Ubi's Dan Hay, which you can see here along with new screens.

As an added bonus Ubisoft has sent over the full Far Cry 3 E3 presentation, which you can watch below (full screen for HD).

I hope there is; I hate it when your only option in a mission is to do something which will obviously get you killed. I spend ages walking around, with every enemy dead, looking for another way out, knowing that there isn't one, and it's bloody annoying.

    I loved FC2 though; I just hope stealth is a bit easier in this. The number of times I'd hide in bushes, with a ghillie suit, supposedly being completely invisible, then getting spotted for no reason and barely escaping with my life.

    I loved the first one as well as the Instincts spin-offs but absolutely hated FarCry2. Malaria and waiting for the bus are not fun, Ubisoft! :evil: Hopefully there will be a return to its sci-fi roots and a revamped map editor in the next one.
