EA has seemingly pulled Crysis 2 from Steam with the FPS now labelled as only available on EA's new download distribution service Origin and nowhere to be found on the Valve platform.
That's what it says on the EA website anyway, but gamers have already noticed that Crysis 2 is still available on other download services such as Direct2Drive and Amazon.
It may only be a matter of time, however, before Crysis 2 becomes a genuine EA Origin exclusive as far as downloading is concerned. Alice: Madness Returns is also listed as an Origin exclusive.
It's also unclear what the future holds for other EA titles like Bulletstorm, which is still currently available on Steam.
EA announced its Origin service at E3 last week in a move that puts it face-to-face with Valve's dominant service.
