Black Bean Studio and developer Milestone have revealed WRC 2, the next official World Rally Championship sim, for PC, PS3 and 360.
As well as updated cars and drivers for the 2011 season, the game will feature 90 stages in 15 locations, 25 different types of terrain and weather conditions and nine car categories.
Retro freaks can expect cars ranging back to the 1960s, while online gamers will be treated to 16-player races. It'll also don a revamped career mode and other new gameplay modes.
The game promises to deliver "deliver a state-of-the-art off-road motorsport experience which combines a great graphics impact, the best driving model in this genre and all the WRC elements from the current season". Erm, we reckon Codemaster's Dirt might have something to say about that.
Below is a teaser trailer which chooses oddly to focus on a guard rail for 45 seconds of your life. Because, y'know, racing game-lovers get all excited over a nice grey guard rail. *Facepalm*
