The 'Old World Blues' download expansion for Fallout: New Vegas will release a few weeks later than originally planned, Bethesda has today confirmed.
The expansion was originally due for release in June, but has today been stamped with a July 19 release date. On the bright side, at least you now have a firm date, and it'll go live on all three platforms, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, simultaneously.
"Prior to release, we will release a new title update for New Vegas. Along with adding support for Old World Blues, the update will bring improvements to performance and stability in major area," said Bethesda in the announcement.
You can also expect a trailer for the Old World Blues pack "in the coming weeks".
Detailing the update back in May, Bethesda described, "You will discover how some of the Mojave's mutated monsters came to be when you unwittingly become a lab rat in a science experiment gone awry. You'll need to scour the Pre-War research centres of the Big Empty in search of technology to turn the tables on your kidnappers or join forces with them against an even greater threat."
