Before Metal Gear, superstar designer Hideo Kojima's baby was Snatcher, a cyberpunk-graphic adventure game. Although Kojima has since moved on to greener pastures, fans have been begging the MGS creator to return to the Snatcher universe - and now they've got their wish.
Not only has Hideo finally gone and done it, he's also managed to rope in legendary Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka and slightly mental No More Heroes designer Goichi Suda. Here's the catch though: it's a Japanese radio play.
The "original radio drama" is being titled 'Suda 51's Sdatcher' (we're not sure what's up with that rogue 'd'). Kojima will be taking an overall directorial role while Suda51 is on script writing duties and Yamaoka will be handling music - obviously.
'Sdatcher' will be released as part of the 300th broadcast of Hideradio, a Kojima-centric podcast that is currently on its 296th episode. Kojima and Suda first teased 'Project S' back in 2007.
Better brush up on your Japanese if you want to listen to it.
