Rockstar has today confirmed it will release a free DLC pack for Red Dead Redemption titled 'Myths & Mavericks Bonus Pack' in September.

It has also confirmed its working on a title update patch that will reintroduce the original Undead Overrun multiplayer mode settings, for those of you who cared.
Rockstar says the free DLC, headed to both PSN and Xbox Live, comes "as a show of appreciation for the awesome long-term support for the game's multiplayer modes since its release in 2010". Give yourself a hug.

Kinda pointless now or at least it is for me. Red Dead has been and gone and I haven't played it in months. Still free is always good.

Free, my most favourite price!

I started playing it again over the last month, doing the co-op missions is good fun. Still not feeling Undead though. The free roam is still a really good laugh when you don't get a game full of prats, which is admittedly rare.

I haven't even finished Undead Nightmare. Waste of £20 tbh, I'm not that into it. It's sort of like Far Cry 2, I hated the fact that every single person in the game is out to attack you no matter what, which renders the whole thing pointless and unfun. Same with Undead Nightmare. You're apparently the only useful person in a zombie infested state? I don't think so.

Wow! Someone else who really wasn't terribly impressed with RDR! We should form a band/club/herd!

Me? I didn't dislike RDR, just Undead Nightmare. Loved RDR. Sorry :S

I...er...still haven't gotten round to RDR yet
In my defense I was holding out for a PC version.

I was hoping that they would make a town painted red (LAGO/HELL) as a TDM map. I think the free character is Landon Ricketts(Ocelot/The Bad/Wild Bill), not John Marston which is pictured above.

Damn it Randy you're out of the herd!
