Mint 2D action game Bloodrayne Betrayal is delayed again, developer WayForward has confirmed.
Having already suffered a delay from July into August, the developer has confirmed that the game will now miss its 'summer' slot altogether, with its XBLA and PSN releases now set for October 5 and 6 respectively.
BloodRayne: Betrayal is in development at WayForward, the team who breathed new life into the Contra (Probotector) series on DS with the brilliant Contra 4 in 2007. Rayne's first outing since the 2004 BloodRayne 2 on PS2 sees her slashing through side-scrolling 2D levels with a combination of gun and melee attacks.
Check out this sweet gameplay trailer for a reminder, however, of why it seems worth the wait.
