Assassin's Creed Universe trailer celebrates franchise

Leaving no stone unturned

Ubisoft's sent out an 'Assassin's Creed Universe' trailer, which offers a very stylish look across the whole of the franchise.

All things Creed are given screen time as comic books, movies and games are set out in chronological order as we whip down the AC timeline.

It all ends, of course, with the upcoming Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which is looking like another fine edition to the tale.

Have a look at the Revelations multiplayer videos that came out last week, but not before you've watched the Assassin's Creed Universe trailer below.

    I dont see it as being milked >.<;

    If you enjoy something why not, and it isnt just the norm rehashed crap either. It is actually always reinventing features and introducing new features. As for the books and movies, its something else with the assassins creed universe. It adds more depth to what you are playing in the game (not that its needed, but if people buy them, its successful. Its funding the life of the franchise)

    Im probably blinded, to not see this as milking. But when it isnt recycled (like some other titles) I dont mind it.
    When it gets to the point when that quality bar drops, I will stop buying into it.

    And to be honest, that trailer is more about how big a unusual adventure of History has been to the big genre of Adventure has become.

    Your right I do have CoD, CoD2 & CoD4 being the last decent game to come from Activision before innovation went out the window and the yearly updates commenced.

    I agree; while I haven't particularly looked into any of the 'extended' AC universe, I find that things like these largely help to enrich the series as a whole - certainly one with literally all of history to base itself upon. There are loads of Halo novels, comics and animated shorts but rarely do you see people complain about that being considered as 'milking the franchise'.
