Not really. ME2 gave you the choice of destroying the ones on Legion's loyalty mission, or getting them to join Legions' faction. I'm guessing that the 1st choice only applied to those who were on the station, so there'd still be some bad ones out there loyal to The Reapers.

Im sure if you reprogrammed the station it was supposed to send out the new orders to all Geth, maybe i misunderstood, i really like robots, i want em to be my buddies, but either way, they only exist because i allow it, and they will end because i demand it...unless they play nice that is ;D.
