Ubisoft's released a new Driver: San Francisco trailer promoting a multiplayer demo for the game.
Following the single-player demo, the multiplayer demo offers two modes; Tag and Trailblazer.
Tag sees players shunting eachother to get the tag and then avoiding making contact with competitors a second time to keep scoring. Trailblazer on the other hand tasks players with staying in the tracks of a pace-setting car in order to score.
Have a look. It lands on August 17 on PSN and Xbox Live:

No thanks, single player demo was bad enough.

Yep, single player was horrible and what bright spark thought that 19 (!) multiplayer modes was a good idea? Way to fragment your user base to the point of making P2P matchmaking futile.

Should have just made this a multiplayer game. The single player feels like it was slapped in at the last moment.

I was so excited to play the single player demo, then I actually played it. It doesn't matter how many multiplayer modes this game has. Nothing can save this turd.
I was going to slag this game off some more, but I honestly don't even know where to begin.

Wow! I downloaded the SP demo last night but didn't get round to playing it. Think I may no bother based on the above

Just to balance things out, I enjoyed the SP demo. It felt like the first Driver, and that's fine by me.
