GC 2011: New PSP model announced, 99 Euro price tag

Sony's just revealed that a new PSP model is on the way.

The surprise announcement came during the publisher's GamesCom conference where the new device was described as having a new look and feel along with a 99 Euro price tag.

Unfortunately that's all we were given. There was nothing by way of exact release date (only that it's coming this Autumn), it doesn't have WiFi, but it "plays all possible PSP games".

We'll bring you more as we get it.

    Probably won't be buying one anytime soon though, would rather get myself a PS3, plus I'd probably get an older model PSP off ebay and nab a few games for the same price.

    PSP has some great games, Bought one couple months ago, hacked it in about 30 seconds, and now i get all games for free.

    I think it's well worth my money.
