GC 2011: Tekken 3D Prime Edition revealed with screens and trailer

New 3DS fighting game will come with an animated Tekken movie

Namco Bandai has revealed Tekken 3D Prime Edition for the Nintendo 3DS.

As well as providing the Tekken fighting game experience in 3D, the 3DS cartridge will include a copy of animated movie Tekken Blood Vengeance in stereoscopic 3D.

The game will feature around 40 characters with all new stages and redesigned classic stages.

As expected, Tekken 3D Prime Edition will also support online battles through Wi-Fi functionality. Check out the screens and trailer for more.

    Slightly temping, but I don't think I need another fighting game for the 3DS. At least not now.

    They are throwing together fighter games pretty fast, you think by now they would get creative and try to offer something like streets of rage did. these fighters are generic and get boring quickly.. how i managed to enjoy tekken 1-2-3 and soul calibur on dreamcast for so long i will never know.
