We've just snaffled over 12 minutes of Uncharted: Golden Abyss gameplay footage from Gamescom's show floor in Germany.
Check out the video below, as tested out on the very sleek PlayStation Vita.
Uncharted: Golden Abyss is being developed by Sony Bend Studio, overseen by Naughty Dog. A release date it yet to be set.

The game, and the Vita look so awesome. I want'em now! I liked that move you can pull of in melee where you swipe your thumb up the screen.

Man, it's so annoying watching someone else play a game. I felt like yelling out "swing across the rope!" so many times while watching this. The game looks brilliant though. I don't think I'll be using the touch controls too much for combat and climbing as judging from this video it seems less inconvenient than the tradition methods. Then again, maybe that's just because I've played the previous Uncharted titles. I imagine newer audiences might find it pretty useful. It's nice to have a choice either way.

I hope you can just turn off touch controls altogether. They look more of a hindrance than of any use.
And the aiming looks a bit sluggish.
But apart from that, it looks pretty good. Hopefully they can sort out those things before release, and then I might get it.

I would....love....to....watch....the.....gameplay clip......properly....without.....the.....video.....stuttering.....!!
These vids have become so unreliable, CVG. I believe there has been several complaints about them so get it sorted.
Please.

It's true. I can't watch anything here anymore. Have to pop over to the youtubes.

It looks ok ... nothing more nothing less ... Not something I would buy a PSV for though.
